William Pepperrell of Boston states that Nathaniel Sparhawk of
Kittery, Esq., was during his minority his gdn & after arrival at
full age, his atty, & during that time had the care of his est, &
during that time recd money & valuables for William?s use. In
consideration of an assignment of the books of trade & merchandise
Nathaniel kept during that period, a conveyance of real est to the
sd William in York & Cumberland Cos & divers security for money
delivered by the sd Nathaniel, William Pepperrell, releases, Mass
Bay, 28 Oct 1774, Nathaniel Sparhawk from all actions & demands by
reason of Nathaniel?s having been his gdn & atty. Wits: John

William Pepperrell of Boson, Esq., states that Lady Mary Pepperrell,
of Kittery was app one of the exors of the will of Sir Willliam
Pepperrell, Bart, dec, & through her atty received & pd sums for sd
William Pepperrell (her g s ] as residuary legatee. After an
adjustment with the atty, William Pepperrell releases her of any
legal actions from this relationship, 28 Oct 1774. Wits: John
