Gent, for L260 to be pd by Nathaniel Sparhawk of Kittery, Esq., who
during his minority, after the death of Sir William Pepperrell, has
been his gdn, releases him 19 Oct 1774, from all actions at law by
reason of Nathaniel?s gdnship. Wits: David Sewall, John Sparhawk Andrew Pepperrell Sparhawk, of Portsmouth. Exor?s release (12.320). F17602. Andrew Pepperrell Sparhawk of Portsmouth, Gent, for L250 pd to him by Lady Mary Pepperrell of Kittery, wid & one of the exors of the will of Sr. William Pepperrell, late of Kittery, baronet, on 19 Oct 1774 releases Lady Pepperrell from any legal actions arising from this relationship.
