Robert E Perry II

(Abt 1811 to aft 1880)

     Robert E. Perry was born abt 1811¹ in Kanawha County, VA (WV).  His middle name may have been Edward.²  He married Margaret Moore 01 Apr 1832 in Fayette County, VA (WV).³  She was born between 1810 and 1815 and died 31 Mar 1860/61⁴ in Cabin Creek, Kanawha County, VA (WV).  She was the daughter of George and Margaret Moore.  Then Robert married Ann Shepherd 13 Oct 1868 in Kanawha County, WV.⁵

     Little is known about Robert or his children.  Some online sources list his death as occurring in 1860⁶, but this is clearly incorrect if he remarried eight years later and had additional children.  Robert had seven children by Margaret and at least three by Ann.  The only good information we have on his children is for his son Lorenzo Dow Perry⁷.  If you have additional information that you would like to contribute on this family please feel free to email me at Robert E Perry.
