HILL AND BROOKS REUNION, 1960
The meeting was called to order on August 28, 1960 by Frank
Hill. We had a lovely day and a nice group for our dinner.
The motion was made and carried that we meet every year.
The motion was made and carried that the picnic was to be
held on the last Sunday in August.
The John Pitzer family is to be the host for the reunion next
year. The Pitzers are then to appoint the hosts for the year
of 1962. That committee is then to decide where to have the
next reunion.
The motion was made and carried that the hosts are to be paid
for the drinks, etc. out of the treasury.
A motion was made and carried that the host for the next year
will also be the secretary-treasurer for that year.
The meeting was adjourned with everyone visiting and enjoying
themselves very much.

Treasurer Report
The total money collected was $19.82. There was $10.00 paid
out for the use if the school, leaving a balance of $9.82 in
the treasury for next year. Expenses for the picnic in 1961.
Paper cups $.39, Coffee $.69, Tea $.93, Napkins $.39, Lemonade
$.79, Ice $1.00, Cool aid $.25, Sugar $.52, which leaves a
balance of $4.87 in the Treasury- Less $.25 for book leaves
$4.62.

The 1960 reunion was held in the old union Five Schoolhouse south of Sterling.
