This is how I found the office. The record books said that people
had come here to work up until the 70's.

This barn was around 900 feet long. I could not even fit all of it in my camera! This is only 3/4's of the barn.

In the history notes about Zyche we read:
Teutonic knights documents from 1366 mention the surname Chocina as
owner of Zyche. King Wladyslaw IV in 1526 year give privilege for
Zyche to Andrzej and Adam Otth (Ott?). In 1600 Tomasz and Marcin
Zychski. In 1648 lives here Andrzej Zajac, Michal Grzonka-
Pradzinski, Michal Rozek and Pawel Rozek.
In 1662 Michal Zychski sells his part to Piotr Reinhold Korokow
(Krakow?) and his wife Gertrud Maria von Kleist and in 1717 they buy
part of Zyche Tucholkowie (Tucholkski?) from Konarzyny/Gross
Konarczyn. In 1817 Jan Grzonka Zychski sells his land to Jozef
Zyndaand (Zynda?)and soon after Zyche goes into German hands. Peter
Reinhold Krokow bought Chocina (Gr�nchotzen). It was separate "Gut,"
with mill and sawmill.
To Chocina used to belong also Chocinski Mlyn (Myln = M�hle). In
1717 Tucholkowie from Konarzyny bought Chocina. Since then the land
of Chocina and Chocinski Mlyn belonged to Konarzyny. Until the
middle of 1800 hundreds "Gut" Chocina and on the other side of the
creek Zielona, were separate settlements. Later those settlements
were connected to one village with name Zielona Chocina.

Es war getrennt Weiden Sie "Gut," mit M�hle und S�gewerk aus. Zu
Chocina benutzte zu geh�ren Sie auch Chocinski Mlyn (Myln = M�hle).
In 1717 Tucholkowie von Konarzyny kaufte Chocina. Seitdem dann das
Land von Chocina und Chocinski Mlyn geh�rte zu Konarzyny. Bis die
Mitte von 1800 Hunderten "Gut," Chocina und jenseits des
Wasserlaufes Zielona, waren getrennte Entscheidungen. Sp�ter jene
Entscheidungen wurde zu einem Dorf mit Namen Zielona Chocina
verbunden.
