In the absence of absolute proof, circumstantial evidence,
both legally and genealogically, has been allowed in the following
conclusion that Tyre M. SARRETT was the son of
ARW Soldier Allen,2 SERRATT and "Lizzie"
(Full-Blood, Catawba Indian of NC/SC) as well as his children, and will be conceded when
any other proof of the opposite is provided, which is both logical and
reasonable and not opposed by any other evidence...Paul R. Sarrett, Jr.

some time before 1800-1809 and met, married, had a child before 1809
in Fayette Co., KY. to the to the 19 year old
Miss Sus-An-Ah MILLER; (Cherokee Lady) and had their first child
JOHN,15 was born c1810 in KY.
Sus-An MILLER is also known as Stellia (WAITE) SARRETT.

shows the TYRE SARRETT, age 22 was still SINGLE. ..prs
