I was told by my mother one of his children that their natural mother left them at birth. That they spent time in orphanages in Ohio. At some point their father came and took them to California. Was also told as a child that he came from Ireland at some point as a child. I was also told that an Aunt and Uncle went over to Ireland and obtained a very detailed family tree. I do recall seeing it but I was to young to remember anything from it. I also remember the name of the street that they lived on in Ohio. The name of the street was Zena ave.
