Johnson Woosley b 1797 VA m Mahala b 1797 SC;

Their children included Joshua b @1831 KY; Margaret b 1836 KY, d 1910 CA; and William b 1838 IL.
The 1850 IL census lists Johnson Woosley as a farmer.
Margaret Woosley married (3 Nov 1851 IL) John McCullah b 1830 TN. John and Margaret lived for a time in TX before moving back to IL. They emigrated to California some time after 1880.

John and Margaret Woosley McCullah's children included Clementine Johnson "CJ" McCullah b @1854 TX, Mahaly McCullah b @ 1858 TX, and James R McCullah b 1871 IL. They may also have had daughters Rebecca, Mary Ellen, Henrietta b @1864 IL, and/or Ann b @1873 IL, and an adopted son (possibly a nephew) b @1878 whose initials "CD" appear on the 1880 census.
