Slattery married William John Beard, son of Herbert Charles Beard and Hester Fry, in Salem, Marion, Oregon.^4,5 Hannah was listed as the wife of William John Beard on 8 April 1930 Census in 571 N. 15th, Salem, Marion, Oregon, included in the household is Wilford Beard and Rose (Unknown Name); also living with them as a roomer was the widow Myrtle Levee age 60 born in California.¹ In the obituary of William John Beard dated 19 May 1963 which printed in the Statesman, circulated in Salem, Marion County, Oregon, Hannah E. Beard was mentioned as his wife.⁵ She died on 4 August 1968 in Salem, Marion, Oregon, at the age of 68.⁴ On 5 August 1968, Hannah's obituary was Statesman, Salem, Marion, Oregon. Wilford Beard were mentioned in her obituary.³ Hannah was buried on Wednesday, 7 August 1968 in the Mt. Crest Abbey Mausoleum, located in Salem, Marion County, Oregon .³
