This writing certified to whom it may concern, that I, Timothy Williamson, Sr., being called to God's providence to serve in the war against the enemy and not knowing whether I may return again, declare that it is my will and testament that my beloved wife enjoy whateveris mine, both houses, lands and cattle at her proper dispose, only the 40 acres of upland given be by the Towne on the north or the south meder, I bequithe to my son Timothy and also that for a year or two if he changed his estate and he be not better po\rovided, he have one of the rooms of my house to live in . The whole property remaining his mothers for the bringing up of the children.
