     On 22 October 1818, Mehitable P. (Unknown) married Thomas Wilbur, son of Thomas Wilbur Jr. and Elizabeth Griffin, in Crum Elbow, Dutchess County, New York.2,3 Mehitable P. (Unknown) and Caroline Wilbur were given removal certificates on 17 September 1830 in Creek Monthly Meeting, Clinton, Dutchess, New York, to Society of Friendas Oswego Monthly Meeting.3

     Miriam (Unknown) was born in January 1827, New York.1,2
     Miriam married Almond W. Carpenter circa 1847.3,2
     Miriam Carpenter and Almond W. Carpenter appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Gerry, Chautauqua, New York, enumerated 9 October 1850, reporting Almond as a Farmer with Real Estate valued at 600. Their daughter Nancy was listed as living with them.4
     Miriam Carpenter and Almond W. Carpenter appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Jenkins Township, Mitchell, Iowa, enumerated 7 June 1860, reporting Almond as a farmer owning real estate with a value of $1,500. The Post Office is listed as Doran. Their children Nancy, Sophronia and Alfred J. were listed as living with them.3
     Miriam Carpenter and Almond W. Carpenter appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Marshall, Clay, Nebraska, enumerated 5 June 1880 reporting Almond as a Farmer. Their children Andrew and Grant were listed as living with them.5
     Miriam Carpenter and Almond W. Carpenter appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Sargent, Custer, Nebraska, enumerated 7 June 1900, reporting Almond as a retired farmer. Living not far from his parents is Grant and his family..2
     Miriam (Unknown) appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Powhatan, Wallowa, Oregon, in the household of her son, Alfred J. Carpenter and Martha A Carpenter.1
