Obituary for Dorothy May Perdue HURT Corpus Christi Caller Times HURT Dorothy HURT, 84, passed away January 27, 1997 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was a member of South Bluff Methodist Church. Dorothy was affectionately known as Doo by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doo loved gardening, baking, and creating Christmas crafts for her grandkids and great grandkids. She loved life and people. She is survived by her daughter, Mary WALTON of Granbury, Texas; five grandchildren, Mike (Karen) HEARN, of Los Alamitos, California, David (Wendy) HEARN, of Los Alamitos, California, Kevin (Pam) SUTTON, of Taylor, Texas, Melanie (Mike) Quinlan, of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Angela Walton, of Granbury, Texas. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren. She is deceaded in death by two daughters, Mrs. JoAnn HEARN, and Dorothy Sue HURT. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 10:00 A. M. until l9:00 P. m. on January 29, 1997 at Seaside Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, January 30, 1997 at Seaside Memorial Park Cemtery at 2:00 P. M. Officiating will be Rev. Micky McCandless of South Bluff United Methodist Church. Memorials can be made to Metro Ministries and the American Heart Association.
