Hello all. This website will be dedicated mainly to my genealogy research on my family, with a few odds and ends thrown in for good measure.

This is the second generation of this site and, for those who may have seen and searched the original through EarthLink, quite a bit different. I am not including the later generations this time, stopping with my parents’ generation (born early to mid ‘20s). This is due mainly to the fact that I’d received several emails, all of them stating in no uncertain terms, that they wanted ALL of their information removed from the site, and Pronto! The programs I use do NOT post vital info of ANY kind so I still have trouble seeing the problem these folks have with this. The vast majority of the people who contact me think it is wonderful that I’m doing this, and to them I say Thanks so much; your support is greatly appreciated. To those who would rather hide their heritage under a rock as it were, I can only feel sorry for them.

DNA test update: As of 9/1, I have a sample from a Brown cousin submitted for that family line.  I'll be dropping off another test kit to a Henry volunteer over the Labor Day weekend also.  That leaves me with one kit which I plan to use myself for the Lester line.
