Jacob Rizer was married to Mary Blocker/Blocher. Their
children included:
George M. Rizer married to Ann Elizabeth Welty
Julia B. Rizer, she was married to W.H.H. Barger (William Henry Harrison Barger)
Annie Rizer married John Frederick Troxell and would live in Colorado
Emma T. married George A. Witter and would live in Iowa
Henry Clay Rizer married to the sisters Margaret Jansen and Clara Isabelle Jansen
John Kent Rizer, the minister, (about whom we know very little)
