The Rizer's going into Kentucky went first to Bardstown in Nelson County, which is south of Louisville. Later part of the Nelson County family would move south to Logan Co., Kentucky.
In Nelson Co. was Jacob Rizer, Kentucky’s premier
gunsmith.
