To the heirs next to kin, and heirs at law of Harriett Roberson, New York, deceased to wit:
Barber Roberson her husband who resides at the town of Greenwich Wash. Co. NY.
Sidney Foster who resides at Greenwich Wash. Co. NY
Allen Foster who resides at Greenwich Wash. Co. NY
Asel H. Foster who resides at Greenwich Wash. Co. NY
Anna Langworthy who resides at Greenwich Wash. Co. NY
Amos Foster who resides in the town of Saratoga, County of Saratoga & state of New York
Albert Foster who resides at Hyde Park in the County of Wawbeshaw [Wabasha] & state of
Minnesota
Mary Faxon who resides at Glens Falls county of Warren & state of New York
Lydia Tanner who resides at Erie county of Erie & state of Pennsylvania
Jonathan Foster who residence is unknown and is supposed to be dead & has not been heard
from for nine years last
Edward B. Roberson who resides at Greenwich Washington county state of New York
Henry H. Roberson who resides at Hyde Park in the county of Wawbeshaw [Wabasha] in the
state of Minnesota
Albert S. Roberson who resides at Hyde Park in the county of Wawbeshaw [Wabasha] in the
state of Minnesota
That all the said heirs & next of kin are more than twenty one years of age.
You are hereby cited to appear before our surrogate of our county of Washington, at his
office in the village of Greenwich, in the town of Greenwich, in the said county, on the 26th day
of September, 1870 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, to attend to the probate of a certain
instrument in writing claimed to be the last will and testament of the said deceased, as a will
relating to real and personal estate, on the application of Daniel M. Barber, executor in said will
named.
In testimony whereof, we have caused and the seal of office of our said surrogate to be
hereunto affixed. Witness, James I. Lourie, surrogate of the said county of Washington, at the
village of Greenwich, in the town of Greenwich, in said county, this 25 day of July, in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy.
