The Family Footprints website has a new banner! Over the next couple days, it will be displayed on all our pages. We are going to also make a smaller version for others to display on their websites, if they so choose. If you are interested in displaying a Family Footprints banner on your website, let us know. I appoligize for things being slow to be added to the website at this time. Being the only webmaster here for the website, and having many things having happened in my life right now, I have not had the opportunity to add or work on the website as I would like to have had. I appoligize for any inconvienance this may have caused. There are still many things which are planned to be added or enhanced, and I will get to them as soon as I am able. UPDATE November 26, 2002.
My father-in-law, William Dempsey Raley Jr. passed away on Novemeber 26, 2002. His info has not been added yet to the database, so in the meantime I wanted to add it here. William Dempsey Raley Jr. was born January 9, 1919 in Pierceville, Kansas; died November 26, 2002 in Vacaville, Solano County, California. William Dempsey Raley Jr. is the son of William Dempey Wraley (Raley) SR. and Lena Fredricka Muller. They can both be found in the database.

We have quite a few documents that need to be added to the website! However, the scanner has decided to quit! What we have done in the meantime, is to let you know what these documents are. We have created a listing of these unscanned documents. If one is of interest to you, feel free to contact us about it. MORE Marriage Certifcates have been added to our growing database! Mostly involving the Wraley/Raley and Seybold families. These new files that have been added to the database are viewable with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our previous format has always been a regular image, and now we have these new ones in .pdf format. Database Main has been updated! This update includes MANY new families, including some brickwalls that have crumbled! We have chosen to only keep the file on Wold Connect through RootsWeb.com current! The reason we will not keep the GenCircles current is that many of my sources have not uploaded with the updates. This new database, has 8,300 individuals.

Database Main has been updated, as it will always be continualy updated. With this new update, we have some corrections, added a few additional individials, as well as omited some individuals and information. This new database, has 8,023 individuals.

Our Research Main has finaly come online and is available! We currently have the first lesson in the basics of researching, with additional lessons to come... so keep a lookout for them. With the first lesson, Family Footprints has created two charts, that are printer friendly and are available for you to print. The two charts are the 'Family Group Sheet', and the 'Pedigree' chart. With the final pages of the WebStore, the 'renovation' and 'facelift' including the new format, color, and name, are now complete. ALL links should now agian be in working order. The WebStore is once agian linked, and we will be reviewing the products and updating if necessary soon. There are still 'areas under development', and over a period of time, all of these will also be active additions to our website. Check the 'What's New' page to find out what and when something has been updated or added.

We have added a new page, consisting of summeries of the many Federal Census Extractions that I have done. From 1840-1920, I have found many of our family memebers on the Federal Census rolls, and have charted them for all to easily access the information. I have done well over 30 extractions, and the vital information is online available for you to read right now. Great tool to follow the families from census to census.
