Welcome to Rosenberry on the net!  I began this site because there isn't much info for the line of Rosenberry not originating from Rosenberger.  There are many variations on record for same individuals for example:  John Rosenberry may (depending on what census or record you are looking at) be listed as John Roseberry, Rosenborough, Rosenbaugh, Roseboro, Rasberry, Rosebery, Rosenbury, Roxbury, etc...  or Rosenburger.   There is sometimes more to these variations than just mispelling...many of these may originate from the British Isles rather than the assumed origin of Rosenberry being Germany.   Whatever your name variation, I hope this page is of use to you in eliminating some spelling variations as origins.  Good luck with your research-hope we meet on the boards!~C.J.
