This 'step-mother' is just supposition on my part. The genealogy file of
'researcher Dale Updike' states that Penardun was the 'protege' - 'step daughter'
so to speak of Boudica. This would mean that she would have married Bran
after the death of his wife, Anna. Some files state that Penarden used the
name 'Julia Victoria'. So it seems that Penarden and Julia are the same person.
