Hendricks Cemetery is located on Sumac Rd. halfway between County Rd. 120 and County Rd. 110.  Take East outer Rd. South out of Jasper to Sumac Rd.  Take Sumac East past County Rd. 120.  The cemetery is on the north side of the road approximately 1/2 mile.  There is a nice fence and a gate leading into the cemetery.  The cemetery is very overgrown, the “grass” is head high.  There are several broken stones and others could easily have been missed.  Renessa Lewis visited this cemetery on January 15, 2001.  Began working in the SouthWest corner and worked East. To view a picture of the fence and the cemetery after being cleaned with a new sign... click here.
