Daughter of Jesse and Phoebe [Wood] Stancliff born NY 1818(1), died by 1851 when father's will was written(2), married May 11, 1843 ASA FRANKLIN born 1814 NY son of Asa and Roxanna [____] Franklin.
His parents were living In 1860 in household of Asa's brother, Uriah Franklin and his wife Phoebe Maria [Wood] Franklin, she was daughter of Charles Wood. In 1860 Asa and Fanny's son, Albert, lived with her brother Edwin Stancliff's family, and son Edward lived with her parents.(3)

1. ALBERT WASHINGTON FRANKLIN born Aug. 29, 1845, married BETSEY ANN WHITE born Glenwood, Erie County, NY 1844. Their daughter, Fanny Evelyn Franklin was born North Collins, Erie County, NY Apr. 18, 1867, married LeRoy B. Sherman born North Collins, Erie County, NY Mar. 21, 1860.
