[Waters] Gibbs born Richmond Township, Ashtabula County, OH Jun. 15, 1863, died there Aug. 31, 1924, married 2. DARIUS STEADMAN. George J. Gibbs' father George W. Gibbs born NY Nov. 1824 lived in this family in both the 1900 and 1910 Census records. By 1920 Ernest had married but still lived with the family.

added at a later date. The 1900 Census indicates they had been married since
1884 and George's biography is the date used in this text.
