Daughter of Martin Glynes and Philinda Eliza [King] Stanclift born May 2, 1871, died La Rue, Montgomery Township, Marion County, OH Nov. 19, 1902, married June 1, 1889 THEODORE JACKSON KNAPP son of Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth [Wier/Wyers] Knapp born Marion County, OH Oct. 18, 1864, died La Rue, Marion County, OH 1947. After the death of Lulu he married 2.Apr. 10, 1907 Etta Whiteman.(1)

1. CARL KNAPP died 1939.
2. MARTIN JACKSON KNAPP born Sunbury, IA Apr. 17, 1894, died La Rue, Marion County, OH, 1971 married 1. May 4, 1916 DEMERAL ALBERT(2), married 2. Aug. 2, 1930 IRIS RICHARDS daughter of Thomas A. and Martha [Wetzel] Richards of Morral. Iris was a "Stancliff researcher" and provided information on her husband's branch of the Stanclift family genealogy. Sadly she did not live to see the resolution to the question of David and Ansel Stanclift's ancestry. Iris died La Rue, Marion County, OH Dec. 24, 1985.
