Adopted daughter of John Brainerd and Laurinda [Harris Chapin] Stanclift born IA Jan. 1860(1), married Linn County, MO Oct. 21, 1885 ANDREW W. McNISH son of George McNish(2) born Ontario, Canada May 1855 and had come to this country with his family in 1864.
In 1900 they lived Brookfield, Linn County, MO, next door to John and Laurinda Stanclift, Andrew's father and a brother, John McNish, were living in the household(3).
