Daughter of Lemuel and Mehitable [Goff] Stanclift born Oneida County, NY Apr. 5 or 15, 1797, died near Lansing, Clinton County, MI 1884, married her first cousin HIRAM MIX son of Giles Peter and Mary [Stanclift] Mix of York Mills, Oneida County, NY born Apr. 22, 1801 in New York.
They are listed in 1850 Census records of McKean Township, Erie County, PA(1). They moved before 1860 to Ripley Township, Clinton County, MI.(2) Sally's brother David, said She died in Michigan, near Lansing.
CHILDREN: Hiram and Sally [Stanclift] Mix(3)
1. EUNICE MIX born Erie County, PA Dec. 22, 1826, died Santa Cruz, CA Nov. 3, 1915, married McKean, PA Mar. 2, 1844 JOHN A. HILLIKER born Hamburgh, Erie County, NY Jan. 8, 1818, died Cloud County, KS Sept. 24, 1900. Parents of five children.
2. HIRAM WESLEY MIX born 1830, married CALISTA M. WISWELL daughter of Asa L. and Asenath [Stanclift] Wiswell born McKean, Erie County, PA 1835. He was a carpenter. David said he lived Sac City, Sars County, IA before moving to Oregon.
3. GILES MIX born 1836 and was mentally handicapped.
4. BELINDA MIX said by David to have married a Doctor and lived in Michigan.
