C. P. Brown(1) Dec. 24, 1848 MARTIN L. PINNEY of Wesleyville, son of Elisha and Rachel [Belden] Pinney born Otis, Berkshire County, MA Aug. 12, 1815, died Erie County, PA Sept. 13, 1902.
Martin Pinney, married 1.Apr. 6, 1847 Louisa Mix daughter of Giles Peter and Mary [Stanclift] Mix, born Apr. 20, 1813 died McKean, Erie County, PA July 18, 1848. Martin and Louisa [Mix] Pinney had one child who died at birth.
In the 1850 Census Martin and Adaline lived next door to Martin's mother Rachel, and his sister Melissa. Melissa would marry Adeline's brother, Reuben, two years after that date. In 1870 they lived Greene Township, Erie County, PA(2).

5. ORLO ULYSSES PINNEY born Mar. 11, 1865, died Feb. 5, 1902, married 1.ELIZA A. MITCHELL born 1866, died 1900, married 2.Mar. 11, 1891 MINNIE COLVIN born 1868, died 1934
6. DEVILLO MARTIN PINNEY born Nov. 6, 1868, died Sept. 18, 1948, married Aug. 23, 1893 MARY EMILY MARSH born Sept. 26, 1871(5), died 1943. Mary Emily Marsh daughter of John and Mary A. [Brimhall] Marsh born Sept. 26, 1871, was sister to Arthur J. Marsh, who married Nettie Stanclift, daughter of Ellsworth.
7. ISLEY PHILEMON PINNEY born May 26, 1872, died Jan. 3, 1961, married EMMA MAY TATE born 1867, died 1952
