Pietro (Peter) Benito Colaianni (Colianni) b: 27 Jan 1893, San Pietro Avellano, Italy, came to USA, 10 Feb 1912 on the vessel Berlin. Has brothers Guiseppe, Paolo and Giovanni as far as I have found out. Guiseppina (Josephine) Truncali b: 19 April 1893, Caltabellota, Agrigento, Sicily to Gaspare Truncali and Rosa Soldano. Came to USA around 1910-1912. Sisters Antonia and Mary, brother Jack. Parents stayed in Sicily, sent children to America to relatives (do not know who they are).

Comments: Researching my roots on my mothers side. The family name is Mancano. Pasquale Mancano, my grandfather originated in Padova, Italy. I have hit a dead end. Pasquale married Mariaantonia Picheo, from Foggia, Italy. I cannot find the marriage certificate.Since my mother was born in 1893, and she was the youngest of three children, I suspect that Pasquale was born around 1865. I believe that Padova may have been part of Austria.
