I make frequent use of the prevowner role. Reference to [R:prevowner]
(or any other role) can be made in the memo [M2] without having to edit the
sentences.

The output, say, for the adjoinee (neighbor) might be
Benjamin Bean is named as a neighbor whose land adjoined 100 acres on Hunting
Creek in Rowan County, North Carolina, that was being sold by Francis Neely to
George Emerson on 19 Oct 1814. The cost was 200 dollars. It was part of a
conveyance from Samuel Neely to this Grantor recorded in Deed Book 15: page 349.
The deed was witnessed by Samuel Gray and Samuel Van Etton and proved by Samuel
Van Etton at the May Session of Court 1817.
