Roles:  Mother of the Bride, etc. {There needs to be a role and sentence for each type of person listed above.  Note that there is a Role for both Attendant and Attendants as well as duel roles for other types of individuals.}

NOTE:  The above sentence structure only works for marriages in which participates are in your database.  You can still use the sentence if you add those non-database persons to the memo field and specify their function at the wedding, i.e., “The Maid of Honor was Jane Smith.  Groomsman was Todd Cooper.”  By adding these unrelated individuals to your database it makes easier use of the above sentence structure but clutters the database with unrelated persons.  Your choice.
