BODMIN.

WASHAWAY PETTY SESSIONS. - These sessions were held on Monday before Sir W. W. ONSLOW, Messrs. W. E. C. POTTER, F. J. HEXT, and E. A. MAGOR. George HAWKE, of Egloshayle, for keeping a dog without a license, was fined 10s. and costs. P.C. SPARKS proved the case. - Daniel DAVY, of Launceston, was charged by P.C. SPARKS with being drunk at Egloshayle, and fined 10s and costs. - Henry OATTEN, of St. Endellion, was charged with being drunk on licensed premises, viz., the Cornish Arms, Pendoggett, St. Kew, kept by Wm HILL; fined 10s. and costs. - John OATTEN, of St. Endellion, was fined 10s. and costs for leaving a horse and cart to obstruct the highway for three hours at Port Isaac, - John LITTLETON, of Kelly Green, St. Tudy, was fined 2s. and costs for allowing two pigs to stray in the parish of St. Kew. - Thomas ORCHARD, a gipsy, was fined 1s. and costs for allowing a horse to stray on the highway in the parish of St. Mabyn. - Henry TREGLOWN, of Egloshayle, was fined 2s. and costs for allowing two donkeys to stray.
