The farm buildings are in excellent order, and the owner contemplates additions to the farm house to provide additional accommodation for the reception of visitors.

The tithes and land tax will be paid by the landlord.

The whole farm is sheltered, and contains very productive meadow and arable land.

Tenders must be sent on or before the 15th August, 1893, to the undersigned, Messrs. FORD, HARRIS, and FORD.

The owner will not be bound to accept any tender.
