BUDLEIGH SALTERTON.

The funeral of Mrs. RADFORD ROWE, widow of the late Mr. E. H. RADFORD ROWE, of Bally Cross, Co. Wexford, took place at the burial ground here. The service at St. Peter's Church was taken by the Vicar (the Rev. T. A. EDMONDS), and the immediate mourners were Mr. RADFORD ROWE (son), Col. RIDGEWAY, V.C., C.B. (brother), Mrs. RADFORD ROWE (daughter-in-law), and Miss ROOKLEY. Among those present at the church and graveside were Mr. and Mrs. S. BAKER, Mr. F. WILLIAMS, Mr. B. PENNY, Commander BRANT, Major THOMPSON, Mr. and Mrs. R. KEEP, Col, and Mrs. TIDY, Col. ROWLANDSON, Miss CARTER, Mr. and Mrs. and Mr. LEAMAN, Mrs. HARRIS, Mr. and Mrs. VICKERY, and Mrs. SEDGEMORE. The floral tributes were very beautiful. The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. J. C. PALMER.
