HALBERTON


On Wednesday whilst a workman, named John ROOKLEY, of Crosslands, Halberton, in the employ of Mr. S. MARKS, Bycott Farm, was engaged in picking apples he fell from a tree, pitching pitching on his head and causing serious injuries. He was at once conveyed to the Tiverton Infirmary, where he was detained.
