Wedding of Miss Mary MURCH
PRETTY CEREMONY AT HERNHILL.
A very pretty wedding was solemnised at Hernhill Church on Saturday afternoon. The bridegroom was Surgeon-Lieutenant J. L. WATSON, R.N.V.R., son of Mr. and Mrs. R. WATSON, of Norton, Farnborough, and the bride was Miss Mary MURCH, younger daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. MURCH, of Ellenden Farm, Whitstable.
The bride, who was given away by her father, was attired in white tulle over white satin and she carried a bouquet of heather and roses.
The best man was the bridegroom's brother, Mr. Robert WATSON.
The reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents.
All the farm hands, both male and female, who had worked with the bride on Ellenden Farm were present at the reception and their numerous presents to the newly married couple were on view.
