BATH WEDDING
Mr. W. BURGE – Mrs Lilian PRINCE
The wedding took place on Wednesday at Oldfield Park Baptist Church, of Mr. W. BURGE, eldest son of the late Mr. J. BURGE, of Milton, Weston-super-Mare, and Mrs. Lilian PRINCE, of Bath, younger? daughter of the late Mr. N. WALKER, of Melbourne House, Upton Noble. The Rev. C. H. HIGGS officiated.
The bride wore a dusty pink silk dress, with matching halo. She had a double string of pearls, the gift of the bridegroom.
The bride was given away by her son, Mr. Kenneth PRINCE, and Mr. C. S. PRINCE, of Bristol, was best man.
From her colleagues at the Admiralty office, Fox Hill, Bath, the bride received a gift of Pyrex dishes and household linen.
After a reception at Norton Daries, Argyle Street, the couple left for their honeymoon, which is being spent touring. The bride's going away costume was a heather mixture costume with navy accessories. Mr. and Mrs. BURGE's future home will be at Weston-super-Mare.
