CURRY MALLET


LATE MR. W. H. BAWLER

The death occurred at his home, 5, Council Houses, Fieldgate, on Monday week, of Mr. W. H. BAWLER, aged 66. Mr. BAWLER was a native of Curry Mallet. Much sympathy has been extended to his wife and two sons.

The funeral service took place at the Parish Church on Saturday, conducted by the Rector, the Rev. LESLIE, who also officiated at the interment. Principal mourners were: - Mrs. E. A. BAWLER (wife), Mr. and Mrs. F. BAWLER, Mr. and Mrs. H. BAWLER (sons and daughters-in-law), Mr. A. BAWLER, Mr. F. BAWLER (brothers), Mrs. CREECH (sister-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. LOCK, Mr. and Mrs. H. ROWSELL, Mr. and Mrs. George RICH (brothers and sisters-in-law), Mrs. Edward BAWLER (sister-in-law), Mr. J. BAWLER and Mr. P. BAWLER (nephews), Mr. H. MALE (brother-in-law), Mr. Edward BAWLER and Mr. Ernest BAWLER (brothers), were unable to attend through illness.

Amongst friends at the graveside were:- Miss CHURCHILL, Mr. and Mrs. A. PENNY (Yeovil), Mr. A. HARDWELL, Mr. E. HARDWELL, Miss R. WRIGHT and Mrs. CLARKSON (friends).

There were many floral tributes including a token from the neighbours of Churchill-terrace.
