Taunton Courier, and Western Advertiser 09 Feb 1815
TO BE LET BY AUCTION.
At the Bell Inn, in Curry Rivell, in the county of Somerset, on Thursday the Ninth Day of February, 1815, at four o'clock in the afternoon, for a Term of Seven Years, from Lady-day next, either together or in the following Lots,
A VERY Desirable ESTATE, situated principally in the Parifh of FIVEHEAD, near Langport, in the County of Somerfet.
LOT 1. - A new built Farm Houfe, Garden, Barn, Barton, Stalls, Stable, and about thirty-five Acres of Orchard, Arable, Meadow, and Pafture Land, and two and a half Acres of Coppice.
LOT 2. - A Farm Houfe, Garden, Barn, Barton, Stalls, and about thirty two Acres and a Quarter of Orchard, Arable, Meadow, and Pafture Lands, and three Acres of Coppice.
LOT 3 - Twenty-one Acres of Arable Land, and one Acre of Coppice.
LOT 4 – A Houfe, Garden, Barton, Stalls, and fixteen Acres of excellent Orchard and Pafture Lands, lying together and adjoining Weft-Sedgmoor; alfo three Acres of Coppice.
LOT 5. - Nine Acres of excellent Pafture Land, adjoining alfo Weft Sedgmoor.
LOT 6. - Four Acres of Pafture, having tow Hedge-rows of Apple Trees, now in their prime. This Lot lies in the parift of North Curry, immediately adjoining Weft Sedgmoor, and has an unlimited right of Common thereon.
LOT 7. - Twelve Acres of good Meadow Land, lying in Aller Moor.
The firft five Lots have an unlimited right of deparfturing on the Foreft of Neroach, Weft-Sedgmoor, and all commonable Lands in the parifh of Fivehead. - The Arable, Meadow, and Pafture Lands, are constantly fupplied with water. The Orchards are in their prime, and abundant Quarries of excellent Lime, Walling, and Paving Stones – are eftablifhed on fome of the Premifes. The Outbuildings are many of them new, and all in convenient and good condition.
