GUILDHALL. - Thos. OATEN was on Saturday convicted as a rogue and vagabond, under the New Vagrant Act, 3 Geo. IV. cap. 40. for running away and leaving his wife and four children chargeable to the parish of Angersleigh, and committed to the House of Correction at Wilton, to hard labour, for two months.
