Notice is hereby given, that Mr. Commissioner BERE, acting in the Matter of this Petition, will proceed to make a final order thereon at the Exeter District Court of Bankruptcy, Paul Street, Exeter, on the 23rd day of September instant, at One o'Clock in the Afternoon precisely, unless cause be then and there shewn to the contrary.
