April 22, at Broadhayes, near Honiton, Edward Mortimer Lee KNIGHT, second son of the Rev. Thos. Henry and Catherine Jane KNIGHT, aged nine years.

April 23, at Long street, Sherborne, after a short but severe illness, John DAY, aged 74 years.

April 24, at Clanville, Castle Cary, Mr Samuel PITMAN, of the Royal Oak inn.

April 24, at West Bay Cottage, Wyke, Mr Charles WILLIAMS, aged 87 years.

April 24, at Brighton, the Countess KONARSKA (nee LUCAS), aged 59.

At the residence of her son-in-law, Cherrygrove, Rowbarton, Taunton, Mary OWENS, aged 88 years. She was a daughter of the late Betty OATEN, who died at Pitminster at the great age of 109.

At Trull, near Taunton, Ann BENDING, aged 103. The deceased's brother, named WILKINS, is an inmate of the almshouses in Church Square, and is 98 years old.
