A Capital and truly Valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, moft beautifully fituate at BURON-PYNSENT, in the parifhes of Curry-Rivell, Drayton, Fivehead, and Swill, bounded by Weft-Sedgmoor, and divided by the high road from Somerton to Taunton, 8 miles from the former, and within 10 of the latter, 8 of Ilminfter, and 12 of Chard, Crewkerne, and Bridgwater; comprifing the MANOR of DRAYTON, with the Royalties (extending over the whole parifh) and Appurtenances; BURTON-PYNSENT MANSION-HOUSE, Offices, Pleafure-Grounds, Lawns, Wildernefs, Plantations, Gardens, Paddocks, and Demefne Lands, and Woods; capital Farms, with Dwelling-Houfes, excellent Bartons, and Buildings for Hufbandry, Orcharding, and Tenements, containing about TWELVE HUNDRED ACRES of fertile Meadow Grazing, and Arable Land, forming one of the moft noble Eftates in the county; abundantly ftocked with capital oak, elm, and other timber trees, of very large dimenfions.
