The Bath Chronicle Thursday 11 Mar 1852

There is now living in the parish of Pitminster, a woman, aged 104, named Betty OATEN, the ages of whose living progeny are 80, 78, 65, 63, 61, 54, 53, - in all 558 ! She has also 40 grandchildren, and 200 great grandchildren now living, and several descendants of the fifth generation. - Lancaster Gazette.
