FUNERAL.- The interment of the late Mr. George Jeanes, who died on Monday of last week, at the age of 63, after a long illness, took place at the Parish Cemetery on Saturday amid every manifestation of sympathy. The vicar, the Rev. J. H. Wade, officiated. The mouners present were as follows: - Mrs. W. Worner and Mr. W. Worner, daughter and son-in-law; Mrs. Job Male and Mr. John Jeanes, sister and brother; Mr. Job Male and Mrs. John Jeanes, brother-in-law and sister-in-law; Mr. Fred Male and Mr. Bernard Jeanes, nephews; Misses Kate and Bessie Male and Audrey Jeanes, nieces; Lizzie Male and Pollie Russell, cousins; Mr. and Mrs. Jeanes, cousins; Job and Hy. Trott, nephews; Mr. and Mrs, Geo Worner, friends. A number of deceased's friends were also present, including the following:- Messrs. Watson and Wm. Male, J. Tucker, J. Gummer, J. England, Walter Stuckey and Guy Male. The bearers were Messrs. H. Elliott, Wm. Elliott, Wm. French, Chas. Male, Wm. Mounter and Jas. Clarke. The coffin was of polished elm with brass fittings and the inscription on the breastplate was:- "George Jeanes, aged 63, At rest." Mr. H. Eves was the undertaker. There were a large number of beautiful wreaths sent from relatives and friends, as follows:- Widow, son and duaghter; Job and Annie Male; John and Kate Jeanes; Wm. Elliott; Mr. Herbert Elliott; Mr. James Clarke; Mr. Wm. French; Mr. Job Trott; H. Trott; Mrs. Mark Male; Mr Frampton Bradford and Mr. H. Fowler.
