TO BE SOLD in fee, by AUCTION, by MR. S. H. SEWERS, at the Bell Inn, Curry Rivel, on Monday, the 28th January instant, at 6 o’clock in the evening, all that DWELLNG-HOUSE, Now used as a Shop, together with the BARN and LARGE GARDEN thereto belonging, situate at Curry Rivel aforesaid, numbered 689 in the parish Map, the property of MISS MARTHA HILLARD, and in the occupation of Mr Leach, as Tenant thereof

A portion of the purchase money may remain on security of the premises if required. Loans to any amount may be obtained from the “West of England Permanent Benefit Building Society”.
