MESSRS. DARBY are instructed to SELL by AUCTION, at the LETHBRIDGE ARMS HOTEL, BISHOP'S LYDEARD, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1st, 1898 (after the sale of the late Miss WOOLCOTT's property), subject to conditions to be then produced and read, and which may be inspected at the offices of the undermentioned solicitors one week prior to the sale, the following desirable

FREEHOLD DWELLING-HOUSES, AND COTTAGES, viz.:-

Lot 1. - All those two newly-erected (1896) red brick and slated dwelling-houses, each containing sitting-room, kitchen, back-kitchen (with copper), and 3 bedrooms. In the rear are large gardens, about 100 yards by 17 yards; linhay, 3 pigsties, pump, 2 w.c.'s, &c., &c.; in the respective occupations of Messrs. HARRIS and MANNING, at the total rental of £16 per annum.

Lot 2. - All those three stone and brick-built and thatched cottages adjoining, each containing 2 kitchens and 2 bedrooms, and at the rear similar gardens to lot 1, with stable, 2 linhays, 4 pigsties, furnace house, w.c.. &c.; in the respective occupations of Messrs.
