HILLFARRENCE AND BISHOP'S LYDEARD, SOMERSET.

Sale of a most desirable small Freehold Farm, in good state of cultivation, with Dwelling-house, Barn, Cellar, Waggon and Pound Houses, Stable, Cow Stalls, and other suitable Outbuildings, and a substantially-built Cottage, with large Garden, situate at Hillfarrence; also two Freehold Cottages and Gardens, situate at Bishop's Lydeard.

Lot 1. - All that compact and highly productive farm, known as Coleman's, situate at Hillfarrence aforesaid, comprising a farm-house, with 2 walled gardens, barn, cellar, stables, waggon and pound houses, barton, cow-stalls, fowl-house, and other buildings, with the undermentioned extremely fertile meadow, orchard and arable lands adjoining, late in the occupation of Mr. William HARRIS, as tenant thereof, comprising:-

Lot 2. - All that well-built detached freehold dwelling-house, known as Primrose Cottage, Hillfarrence aforesaid, containing 4 rooms, with washhouse and copper, pump, and good well of water, lean-to shed, w.c., large garden, &c.; in the occupation of Mr. W. J. OATEN, as tenant thereof, also all those three closes of rich and productive pasture and arable land adjoining, viz.:-

This property is situate very near the Taunton and Milverton main road, and adjoining the public road leading therefrom to the villages of Hillfarrence and Oake.

Sale of eight well-built Dwelling-houses, Cottages and Gardens, and small Close of Pasture Land.

MESSRS. DARBY are instructed to SELL by AUCTION, at the LETHBRIDGE ARMS HOTEL, BISHOP'S LYDEARD, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1st, 1898 (after the sale of the late Miss WOOLCOTT's property), subject to conditions to be then produced and read, and which may be inspected at the offices of the undermentioned solicitors one week prior to the sale, the following desirable

FREEHOLD DWELLING-HOUSES, AND COTTAGES, viz.:-

Lot 1. - All those two newly-erected (1896) red brick and slated dwelling-houses, each containing sitting-room, kitchen, back-kitchen (with copper), and 3 bedrooms. In the rear are large gardens, about 100 yards by 17 yards; linhay, 3 pigsties, pump, 2 w.c.'s, &c., &c.; in the respective occupations of Messrs. HARRIS and MANNING, at the total rental of £16 per annum.

Lot 2. - All those three stone and brick-built and thatched cottages adjoining, each containing 2 kitchens and 2 bedrooms, and at the rear similar gardens to lot 1, with stable, 2 linhays, 4 pigsties, furnace house, w.c.. &c.; in the respective occupations of Messrs.
