FIVEHEAD.

DEATH OF MRS. HENRY RICHARDSON.

Much sympathetic regret was felt amongst her friends when they heard of the death of Mrs. Henry RICHARDSON, widow of Mr. William Henry RICHARDSON, the owner and occupier of Langford Manor, Fivehead, near Taunton. The decreased lady, who died at Bath, where she has resided for many years, was very staunch to her Church and to the Conservative cause. She could rehearse many interesting tales of the political doings in her younger days. In private life she was of a most kindly and sympathetic nature and nothing was too much for her in her desire to help others. She had lived to the good old age of 88, and her death will be regretted by all with whom she came in contact. Mr. RICHARDSON was for many years Master of the Fivehead Harriers, on resigning which he was presented with a massive silver cup by friends and members of the Hunt.

The funeral took place in Fivehead Churchyard, where her husband and other relatives are buried, on Monday. The Rev, Preb. HOTES (vicar of Christ Church, Bath), assisted by the Rev. - RIGBY (rector of Fivehead), performed the last sacred rites. The coffin, which was brought from Bath by road, was of oak with brass fittings, and was covered with most lovely floral tributes of affection. It bore the following inscription on the plate:- Camilia RICHARDSON, died November 6th, 1924, aged 88.” The mourners were:- Misses Carrie and Henrietta RICHARDSON, Mrs. Brewer FIRTH, and Mrs. Robert ORCHARD (daughters), Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton RUEGG, Sherborne (son-in-law and daughter), Mr. and Mrs. Wyndham SCOTT, East Lambrook (son-in-law and daughter), Mr. Vernon RUEGG, Mr. Langford RUEGG, and Mr. Frank FIRTH (grandsons), Mr. H.
