WIVELISCOMBE.

PETTY SESSIONS, Tuesday. - John TAKLE and John TAKLE, father and son, of Huish Champ, were fined £1 8s for setting wire traps for game. - William HUTCHINGS, of Chipstable, was summoned by H. FISH for being unlawfully in pursuit of game. The evidence not being clear, the case was dismissed. - Richard FOURACRE, butcher of Milverton, summoned by Mr. Superintendent ROSS for using unjust weights, was fined £1 including costs; Charles FOURACRE, baker Milverton, for a similar offence, was fined 1s and 5s 6d costs. - Robert SEALY was sentenced to two months' hard labour for indecent conduct.
