ABERDARE.

OBITUARY. - On Monday last the remains of the late Mrs. BRISTER, wife of Mr. Fred BRISTER, Cross Street, were interred at the Aberdare Cemetery. The mourners were: The husband; John, son; Mrs. FOX, Fivehead, Somerset, and Miss BRIDGE, Westport, sisters; Mr. William BRIDGE, brother; Mr. W. BRISTER, brother-in-law; Mrs. Jane DAVIES, Mrs. SELWYN, Mrs. A. BROWN, and Mrs. MARSHALL. The Salvation Army band played the "Dead March" en route, and at the graveside "Jesu, Lover of my Soul" and "Shall we gather at the river" were sung to the band accompaniment. Adjutant GUMBLETON, of the local corps, officiated. Wreaths were sent by: (1) Officers and soldiers of the Salvation Army; (2) Mrs. STRATFORD and family; (3) Mrs. SELWYN; (4) Mrs. MARSHALL. The late Mrs. BRISTER was a lovable and un-assuming person. Many friends join the father and son in mourning the departure of a Christlike character.
