Curator of the persons and of the Estates of
William, James, Matilda, Philip and John Doerr
18 December 1866We Augustus Doerr as principal and John J. Seibel and Thomas Layton as Securities are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of Two Hundred dollars for the payment of which we bind ourselves and our heirs upon the condition that whereas the said Augustus Doerr has been appointed by the Perry County Court Curator of the persons and of the Estates of William, James, Matilda, Philip and John Doerr of said County, [a] minor[s] under the age of twenty one.
Now if the said Augustus Doerr shall faithfully discharge his duties as said Curator according to law, then this Bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force.
Witness our hands & seals this 18th day of December A.D. 1866.
