To the Hon'l Parish Judge in and for said Parish, the Petition of Robert Palmer of said Parish humbly represents that your Petitioner has obtained the consent of Samuel Richardson of said Parish to the union of your petitioner and and [repeated word] his Daugher Polly Richardson in the holy estate of matrimony now therefore your petitioner prays that hence may issue accordingly and that the necessary time of publication required by him may be dispensed with and further your petitioner prayeth ... this 20th day of December 1826.
